Shipping from Shanghai

OUKKA orders are dispatched from Shanghai, China.

Destinations and fees

Our current delivery markets are Taiwan, the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Austria, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

Standard shipping is USD 20 per order to these markets. The delivery options and shipping charge for your address are shown at checkout before you place an order. If your address is not supported at checkout, please contact hallo@oukkalab.com before ordering.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. This is the processing time before dispatch, not the delivery time.

Delivery and tracking

We use international shipping services and provide a tracking number for every dispatched order. Transit time varies by destination, carrier and customs clearance. We do not currently publish a fixed transit-time estimate. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can check the available service.

Duties and import taxes

Product prices and shipping fees do not include destination duties, import taxes or customs fees. These charges may be collected from the recipient by local customs or the carrier. We do not offer duties-prepaid (DDP) shipping at present.

Delivery issues

Customs clearance, carrier disruption or an incomplete delivery address may delay delivery. Please check your address and contact details before ordering. If tracking stops updating or a delivery problem occurs, email hallo@oukkalab.com with your order number so we can help check the shipment.
