OUKKA orders are dispatched from Shanghai, China.

Standard shipping is currently USD 20 per order for supported destinations.

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

This represents processing time before dispatch, not guaranteed delivery time.

International transit times vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and other circumstances.

6. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
